WHAT IF I'M NOT HYPNOTISED?

This specific approach allows the conscious self to still remain active while accessing the unconscious Self. Your mind may convinced you that you are not under hypnosis while in fact you are.  Although it's rare, it may happen that a person is not hypnosed. This happens in some cases where individuals want too specific an answer that is not meant to be revealed. Anyway, energy work has taken place and the relaxation will be benificial.
